Hello world!

I am at this point an expert on DB2, and on the aspects of DB2 that interact with Commerce, and frequently train clients and new DBAs on how to do what I do, so it's time to share.

I frequently complain (to myself) that there just isn’t that much information on the Web about DB2 and Commerce and that I have to cobble together my own solutions when I can’t find the problem I’m looking for specifically in relation to Commerce and DB2. Frequently I can find DB2-specific things for other applications and apply it, but I’ve decided it’s time to stop complaining and start contributing. I am at this point an expert on DB2, and on the aspects of DB2 that interact with Commerce, and frequently train clients and new DBAs on how to do what I do, so it’s time to share. That said, my Ego isn’t that big, and I’ll likely be asking questions as often as answering them. But maybe someone somewhere will google for SQL0805 and find my notes on it, and it will help. Eh, who knows.

Anyway, here’s my contribution.

I’m good enough, I’m smart enough, and gosh darn it, people like me! 😉
