Why Low-Cardinality Indexes Negatively Impact Performance
Tuning SQL via indexes is one skill any DBA must learn. Setting up DB2 to handle high availability or disaster recovery is not an everyday task for a DBA. HADR is simple for the HADR veteran; TSA can be a bit more difficult.
